PRE-RESERVATION AND RESERVATION

PHASE 1 - PRE RESERVATION: To check availability or pre-booking, make an account deposit of 20.00 euros in the account number that we will provide you by email or by using the purchase button inserted at the bottom of the text (paypal - bank card)

• If there is no availability, two options are plated:
  • or the full amount of the pre-reservation will be returned
  • o Use the pre-reservation for any other trekking or “Catalonia-trekking” activity.
• The Pre-Reservation has only informative value. THE PRE-RESERVATION DOES NOT CONTAIN LOCKING OF PLACES.

PHASE 2 - RESERVATION

• Availability case
  • The rest of the trekking amount must be paid by bank transfer consolidating the RESERVATION.
• RESERVATIONS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. (It is recommended to carry out the corresponding cancellation insurance).
• Only the RESERVATION (total payment of the trip) fully ensures the possibility of insuring overnight stays.
• The Pre-Reservation has only informative value. THE PRE-RESERVATION DOES NOT CONTAIN LOCKING OF PLACES.
• POSTPONEMENTS: If a postponement of the reservation is announced with a minimum of 48 hours before the start of the route, they may be reactivated in the future at no added cost.

It is advisable to take out Cancellation Insurance when activating a reservation, for a supplement of 11.42 euros (download attachments)
